ONE LOSS AWAY FROM CRISIS
An increasing number of Wausau neighbors are struggling. Crisis can happen to anyone, especially to someone who:
Is underemployed or undercompensated
Lives from paycheck to paycheck
Struggles with addiction
Deals with Mental illness
Can’t find affordable housing
Was recently released from prison
Bridge Street Mission believes that demonstrating love opens the door to hope and transformation for even the most wounded person.
We have become a leading provider of outreach services and residential recovery in Marathon County. However, there's more to be done....and Wausau desperately needs a residential recovery program for women. That's why we've launched the On Track Campaign.
THERE ARE THREE MAIN PRIORITIES THAT COMPRISE THE SCOPE OF THIS PROJECT:
PRIORITY ONE:
Occupy a men’s recovery and reentry wing already designed to instill dignity and renewed purpose, moving someone back to success in life.
PRIORITY TWO:
Renovate a flagship Outreach Center with a commercial-grade kitchen and state-of-the-art dining room that will allow us to serve meals and build relationships with twice as many people as we can today.
PRIORITY THREE:
Add a women’s recovery and reentry wing designed to foster a safe and nurturing environment.
“At Bridge Street Mission, I’ve changed so much and grown in my faith. God has given me multiple chances. He must have a purpose for my life and I’m finding that purpose again.” — Phil, BSM program participant
WAUSAU: WHERE ALL NEIGHBORS CAN MOVE TOWARD SUCCESS
The On Track campaign will fund one central campus to better serve neighbors in crisis. The total project cost is estimated at $5M.
With your generous support, we will move more of our hurting Wausau neighbors from crisis to success.
WOULD YOU PARTICIPATE IN THE ON TRACK CAMPAIGN?
